  Hello friends !! My name is Nicolas, I was born in Argentina, I am 32 years old and I have been living in Europe for just over two years, two years in Italy, Serdegna, and about three months in Spain, in the Manresa area. With a friend Andrés, we are reconditioning a very large house/masia on the outskirts of the city of Manresa (about 10 min by car). It is a very large space with three floors and two more individual constructions of the main house on the same land. It is a property that was not inhabited for a long time and that must be given care and work to make it beautiful again. As we have extra rooms and bathrooms, what we would spend would be some person/s who want to be in a natural and quiet environment to help us with the tasks to be carried out, there is a wide range of possibilities, such as gardening, masonry , spaces for painting, cleaning, cooking, order, gardening and other tasks related to a house/masia in the mountains. we are two very cordial, calm and helpful people, we spend a lot of time in the house. We intend to share the space with people with the same characteristics and values as us to enjoy living together. whether working, walking or just being at home. In the surroundings of it, there is a neighborhood market where you can buy everything, from food to pharmacy items. Otherwise, 10 minutes by car, there is the city of Manresa where you can find everything, also 55 minutes away, is the city of Barcelona where you can enjoy the noise and attractions of such a cosmopolitan city.   Ni nombre es Nicolas, soy nacido en Argentina, tengo 32 años y hace poco mas de dos años que estoy viviendo en Europa, dos años en Italia, Serdegna, y unos tres meses en España, en la zona de Manresa.
  Con un amigo Andrés, estamos reacondicionando una casa/masia muy grade en las afuera de la cuidad de Manresa (a unos 10 min en auto) es un espacio muy grande con tres pisos y dos construcciones mas individuales de la casa principal en el mismo terreno, es una propiedad que estuvo un buen tiempo sin habitar y que hay que darle cariño y trabajo para dejarla linda de nuevo. Como tenemos cuartos y baños de mas, lo que nos gastaría seria alguna/s persona/s que tengan ganas de estar en un entorno natural y tranquilo para ayudarnos en las tareas a realizar, hay un gran abanico de posibilidades, tales como jardineria, albanileria, espacios para pintar, limpiezas, cocina, orden, realización de huerto y demas tareas que respectan a una casa/masia en la sierra.
  nosotros dos somos dos personas muy cordiales, tranquilas y serviciales, pasamos mucho tiempo en la casa.
  pretendemos compartir el espacio con gente con las mismas características y valores que nosotros para disfrutar de la convivencia.
  ya sea trabajando, paseando o simplemente estando en la casa.
  en los alrededores de la misma, hay un mercado de barrio donde comprar todo, desde comida, hasta articulos de farmacia. de lo contrario a 10 min en auto, esta la cuidad de Manresa donde puedes encontrar de todo, también a 55 min, esta la cuidad de Barcelona donde puedes disfrutar del ruido y los atractivos de una cuidad tan cosmopolita.

  Well, here at home, Andres has a carpentry workshop, whoever is interested, we could teach how to work with wood. I am an electrician, plumber and gas worker, I also do masonry work among other things, whoever wants to learn about it will be welcome. We can also offer to teach the language, our mother tongue, which is Latin Spanish. In addition, Andre speaks English and I speak Italian.
  
  Bueno, aqui en la casa, Andres tiene un taller de carpintería, a quien este interesado podríamos enseñarle a trabajar la madera.
  Yo soy electricista, fontanero y gasista, tambien hago trabajos de albañileria entre otras cosas, quien quiera aprender de ello, bienvenido será.
  Tambien podemos ofrecer enseñar el idioma, nuestra lengua madre, que es el español latino.
  ademas Andre habla ingles y yo italiano.

  Accommodation

  The house consists of four bedrooms, three bathrooms, kitchens, living rooms, a terrace and plenty of space outside to be outdoors. Inside the house, you will have a private room, the bathroom is shared with us. It is very spacious and it has two toilets, three sinks and three showers (only on the upper floor, on the ground floor there are more bathrooms)
  
  La casa consta de cuatro cuartos, tres baños, cocinas, salas, terraza y mucho espacio en el exterior para estar al aire libre.
  dentro de la casa, tendrán un cuarto privado, el baño se comparte con nosotros. es muy amplio y el mismo consta de dos wc, tres lavabos y tres duchas (solo en la planta alta, en la planta baja hay mas baños)

  We are located in the heart of the province of Catalonia, from here, we are approximately one hour, hour and something from many very important places to visit, such as Montserrat (15 min by car) Barcelona, Girona. Also one hour from spectacular beaches such as those on the Costa Brava or Tarragona, about 50 minutes from La Cerdanya and the border with France and Andorra.   Estamos ubicados en el corazon de la provincia de catalunya, desde aqui, estamos aproximadamente a una hora, hora y algo de muchos lugares muy importantes para conocer, tales como Montserrat (15 min en auto) Barcelona, Girona.
