    Description

Hello there! My name is Sean, and I’m responsible for managing my family’s property in the northern part of the Hunter Valley. It’s an absolutely breathtaking spot, nestled right on the edge of a lush forest. The property boasts a large balcony with a stunning view, and is home to a variety of wildlife, including colorful birds, wallabies, kangaroos, and more. It's truly a peaceful and beautiful place to spend time.

However, despite the property’s natural beauty, there are a few tasks that need attention. We’re looking for someone to assist with weeding, some interior wall painting, and a deep cleaning of the house. These tasks would really help us keep the place in great shape. As we don’t live on the property, you would have full access to the house, allowing you to stay there while taking care of the work at your own pace.

It’s important to note that the property is somewhat remote, so it’s necessary for the person to have their own car to access the location. If you’re someone who enjoys a tranquil environment surrounded by nature and doesn’t mind getting hands-on with a bit of maintenance, this could be a perfect fit! You’d have the freedom to enjoy the space while also contributing to its upkeep.

This is an incredibly beautiful part of Australia, featuring rolling hills and a much higher rainfall than many other areas of NSW. Staying at this property offers visitors the chance to immerse themselves in this stunning environment while also gaining insight into the local communities. The Dungog area is known for its strong sense of community, with a variety of festivals, rodeos, and local markets happening throughout the year.

The tasks would include painting the interior of the house, giving it a fresh look and feel. You'll also be responsible for thoroughly deep cleaning the entire house, ensuring every corner is spotless. In addition, weeding the grounds around the property to maintain its natural beauty and keep the outdoor spaces tidy would be part of the work.

Guests will have full access to the entire house, including the kitchen, bathroom, and deck. There are bedrooms available for up to 5 guests, and the kitchen is fully equipped for your use. While I am unable to provide food, I’m confident that the comfort of the accommodation and the freedom to enjoy the property will more than make up for it. You’ll have the space to truly make it your own during your stay.
