    Description

Those to whom we owe the sustainability to Anne and Catherine and we are doing it again with a second project: an artisanal bakery located in the heart of St-Jean-de-l'Île-d'Orléans. The charming presbytery, built in 1879 and transformed into a bakery several years ago now, continues its history under a renewed concept, we are a place to eat on the banks of the river inspired by seaside resorts, idleness, relaxation and holiday spirit!

In the morning, our place operates traditional bakery activities, such as the sale of bread and pastries. Then at noon, a small menu inspired by islands vacation and beaches slowly takes over: simple dishes to share and a fine selection of wines to enhance happy hour. A flavorful experience in a friendly setting that evokes the warmth of the south and a sweet nostalgia!

Helping us means offering a seasonal service to locals and help us introduce tourists to the Island and its attractions when they visit us in our old presbytery, dating from 1879. You will work with many people from here and abroad, some who will also live in the same house as you. In the summer, we are about twenty employees in different departments. Usually, people staying at the house do activities together, share meals and often take trips to visit the province. We are fortunate to be in the center of the province, which means that we are close to all regions! We have a car to share with you if you need it!

Working on the Île d'Orléans means having access to a popular place recognized throughout Quebec. There is a heritage and bucolic agricultural setting as well as a remarkable proximity to the St. Lawrence River. But it is also a proximity to the city of Quebec, its ancestral streets, its various summer festivals, the big Loto-Quebec fireworks festival, the Montmorency falls, etc. You will also have quick access to a wide range of nature activities to enjoy the magnificent landscapes of the province.
