We are located 45 minutes drive to Ashland, and 15 minute drive to the small town of Ruch. Our home is surrounded by national forest, rolling hills, year long creeks, a pond, and abundant hiking trails. Adjacent to the land is a thriving intentional community that produces ample produce for the local CSA, as well as artisan breads. Our neighborhood also contains an organic raw dairy, a brewery and thriving natural building community. Nearby entertainment: The Britt Music Festival, Shakespeare festival, paragliding, wine tasting, Applegate lake, river adventures, Pacific Crest Trail, 2.5 hrs from the coast. Transportation would be needed, some basic assistance can be offered.
