*️️*️️ UPDATE: Booked Up In June and July, Travelling in August, Booked Up in September and October *️️*️️
I'm Jess, I'm a single mum with a lively daughter who'll be 5 years old in July.
I am looking for a FEMALE workawayer to stay with us for up to 3 /4 weeks at a time and become a part of our family.
I need some help with light housework duties: cooking, washing dishes, hoovering etc; also spending some time entertaining my daughter with games, books, etc. and coming to work with me when I organise kids' parties.
My daughter is now attending a school full time Monday to Friday 9am - 3pm so the workawayer would not be expected to spend several hours a day with her.
We live in a small 2 bedroom flat on the first floor. You would have your own room, but access may be required to get clothes/ effects. Your privacy will be respected.
We live in a part of Manchester that is very popular with students and has a thriving Couchsurfing/ Meet Up community with lots of meetings in local bars etc. So, you would have lots of freetime during the day (on weekdays) to explore the area. I am quite flexible. We will be able to spend more time together at weekends.
There is a lovely, large park 5 minutes walk away from our home with a lake, wildlife and a children's play area.
We are a fun loving family, enjoy having people visit, like to go out for walks in the park, go for coffee/ lunch in nice places :), play music / watch movies at home and do many other activities.
Manchester is a great city, with lots of places to visit and explore in your free time. I don't have a car, but live 15 minutes from the city centre and close to a frequent bus. It would be perfect to arrive on a Thursday/ Friday evening or at weekend so we would have time to spend together and for you to settle in before the crazy hectic routine starts on Mondays, lol!!
I don't mind if you drink alcohol - in moderate quantities- but I am looking for a non-smoker please.

You will have 2 full days off which we can discuss and arrange with you on the day of your arrival. It would be useful for us if on your volunteering day, you can split your hours and do 2 hours in the morning and 3 hours in the late afternoon/ evening. Some flexibility on this would be appreciated though and I can also be flexible if you wanted to change a volunteering day to a day off.
If you speak French or Spanish as a native speaker - that would be great as I am a language graduate and like to practice different languages too.
As mentioned above.
