Sarah stayed with us in March, she helped with all that needed doing and was great with the little one. I would say she's naturally good with kids, she showed patience, kindness and he loved playing with her. She was great company and we wish her well on her workaway adventure!

My feedback comes a little later, as Ireland can be quite distracting.. :) but I just had to leave some feedback as I loved my stay with the host, and I hope many nice workawayers will follow. I stayed with them for about 3 weeks in march. It was my first ever workaway experience, and I could not have wished for a better host. I immediately felt
… read more very welcome, the host does her very best to make the stay very pleasant, communicates everything really well and makes sure you can visit the nice places around in Mayo. I felt like I had lots of time off, although the work didn't really feel like "working" as I loved spending time playing and doing disco with little one, who is just adorable and so funny. The area is very rural and secluded so do make sure to take some books with you for possible rainy days or evenings. The nature around is just stunning and walks around are so good for peace of mind and rewinding. Especially great for people who want to rewind from busy lives. There is still plenty of more touristy places to visit around like Achill Island, cities like Westport or mountains to climb such as Ireland's holy mountain Croagh Patrick. I would recommend staying with the host to anyone wanting to visit Ireland with workaway! I hope to return somewhere in the near future!

We are very lucky to have had Lea stay with us this Summer-she is a lovely person. During her time here, she was so helpful with all that needed doing around the house, and she was especially very kind and good to the little one:) We wish her all the best! Thanks again Lea!

My first Workaway experience took place in Ireland, this summer, and I can hardly choose the words that would describe how grateful I am for that. I spent more than 3 weeks with a mom and her little boy in their lovely house. All the jobs I did were no different than the ones I would do in my own house - some vaccuming, organizing, cleaning the

We had great communication from the beggining, which was very important to me. I felt so welcome and safe, and would recommend this host to everyone that wants to go somewhere peaceful, surrounded by amazing views and fresh air!You can only contact Workawayers who have an active membership.

I recommend Nalini, she is very sociable, would fit in anywhere, and she was great to have around! She was so helpful-done all jobs asked of her, and showed initiative with ideas for entertaining the little one. Hope to see her back in Ireland again soon!

I had an amazing time here in the beautiful countryside of Ireland! The little boy has a lot of energy and I loved playing with him, from making paintings or playdoh creations to building sandcastles at the beach or going on a walk with his scooter. It didn't feel like work at all. I really felt at home so I'd definitely recommend this place if

I spent Christmas with this lovely little family - it was a very cozy and sweet place, I miss the misty mountains! I had a great time making art with the little one, there is always a lot to do when you have a 2 year old around :) The working mostly consisted of cleaning / organizing / cooking/ child minding, and it’s a very relaxed place

Thumbs up to Zora, it was great to have her with us for 2 weeks. She is really interesting, kind, fun, and was super with my little one. They did lots of art and drama:) She helped with all that needed doing. Thanks Zora!

This was my first workaway host and I am really happy about that because she made me feel at home immediately! Though her little boy can be a little demanding from time to time, he was always very nice to me and a real sweetheart:) During the first few days, I accidentally worked more than we had discussed because it was hard to find a fixed
… read more schedule for me, but I didn't really mind and we figured it out eventually. And I was always reminded to keep track of my 4 hours and not work more, so that I have enough time on my own. Also, she gave me 5 days off after that so that I could visit Cork, that was amazing! She also drove me to the bus station, taught me some Irish words, and took me with her on a trip to Galway. During my time with them, I had a bike that I could use to explore the area...the landscape is just beautiful! We had some really nice conversations as well😊 I miss them both and hope to see them again soon! You can only contact Workawayers who have an active membership.

We loved having Anny stay with us. She is reliable, hardworking and good company. My little one took to her quickly. We loved listening to her play guitar. She also cooked some nice meals for us. We miss her and hope she returns for a visit in the future!
