Description
We are a project helping single mothers in difficult situations to stand on their own feet. We provide groceries, clothes, medical care, psychological support and education for mothers and their children.
We have a kindergarten where mothers can leave their children and be able to work.
We are situated more or less on the outskirts of Bishkek. The area is peaceful and quiet.Bishkek itself is surrounded by mountains which are pretty close and accessible from the city. There are bussed to the city which stop very close to the house.
4/5 volunteer girls live and help in the project helping with different roles, such as teaching in the kindergarten, managing social media, cooking, cleaning, gardening, communicating with mothers, organising events etc.

Cultural exchange and learning opportunities
We practice yoga and meditation every day. We also have collective mediation in our yoga studio in the city.
We cook healthy vegetarian meals every day and eat together.
Everyone in the house plays guitar and sings. We also have a few artists.
We also cook and feed the homeless every Sunday.
Help
We need an extra volunteer to help in the kindergarten during the summer. There is a teacher and a volunteer who work part time, they are just in need of an assistant to help them for half of the day.
Any creative ideas regarding activities would also be much appreciated, but not compulsory.

Accommodation
We have a compound with a main house where everybody lives. You will have your own room. There are 3 bathrooms and a kitchen.
Everyone lives on the 2nd floor which can be a little hot in the summer, but we have air conditioning.
You are welcome to eat what we cook or cook for yourself, but just keep in mind that we follow a strictly vegetarian diet, so no meat would be allowed in the house.
We also have a cat and a very friendly dog.
