I live west of the Rio grande gorge about 12 miles from Taos. We have absolutely beautiful sunrises and sunsets. We have 2 beautiful natural hot springs 10 miles east.
Work away volunteers will get a lot of experience with earth bag (hyper adobe) techniques and construction. Also opportunities of working with adobe and earth plastering. In the period of a moon we will complete hyper Adobe walls plate walls, frame front face wall. put a shed roof on, blow in cellulose insulation for roof cavity. Earthen exterior plaster.

    Help

Experience isn't required. Most help is labor, certainly willing to teach more specialty skills, such as carpentry, various plastering mediums, and general concepts of off grid living and passive solar design.
