Hola, we are Sebas and Lorena, a Colombian-German couple who love hosting and sharing our beautiful home in the Sacred Valley.

Located in a stunning landscape our house is wrapped in 3000m2 gardens right in front of the Urubamba River. A tranquil and serene space, perfect if you are looking to disconnect and immerse yourself in nature.

We live here ourselves and manage a rental property, with a total of three accommodations, i.e. two Bungalows and one double room, where we welcome traveler's and guests, offering a 5 star experience.

Lore is from Germany, speaks German and English fluently and is currently learning Spanish. Sebas is from Colombia, also speaks English and Portuguese. We both enjoy connecting with people from all over the world, being backpackers ourselves, sharing stories, good conversations and great moments together. But also have our jobs and therefor may be having some quieter days too, where we are concentrated on different tasks.

Overall, the Sacred Valley is full of inspiring projects, retreats and sights that you can visit in your free time. In the house we host at times retreats and ceremonies which you are welcome to participate if they may happen whilst you are there.

If you are interested in learning languages we are happy to offer a language exchange too.

    Help

    Building & renovation project-

***We are only looking for the below particular help ***

We are transforming our old storage room into a future cozy volunteer space:

We are looking for someone with practical building skills / experience using tools and good physical strength. The help starts with dismantling an old stone oven, ... then step by step laying a new floor, painting the walls, installing shelves...

Depending on different skills and time available. We are happy to have your ideas flow into the project too and offer us in which you can help...

As we are in the process of building the volunteer room, you will be staying temporarily in one of our guest rooms. Each is designed for comfort, with a warm, inviting ambiance that makes it feel like a peaceful getaway and invites to relax after working days.

    ***Important note***

It’s very important to us that you are tidy & have a hospitable attitude. This means keeping the shared kitchen clean at all times (as it is also used by our guests) and helping maintain the overall space with care and attention. Also being happy to jump in and assist if something needs to be done or maintained :-)

Please only contact us if this resonates with you and you are comfortable with these responsibilities.

  • What else ...

    What else ...

Contributing to a warm and welcoming atmosphere for everyone should naturally go hand in hand with being part of this space.

We kindly ask you to treat the house as if it were your own, as of respecting and maintaining the level of cleanliness we provide and helping to keep everything in good condition throughout your stay.

We value consideration, responsibility, and appreciation for the beautiful environment we are cultivating here. Your ideas and creativity on how to further develop the space and enhance the experience for everyone are always very welcome!
