Description
Join our team, learn sustainable farming. Our farm is 60 km to city centre at Çatalca and 3 km to Marmara sea, the land is full of trees and birds. There are 2 water springs and feeding ponds which are full of fish, frogs, and turtles. At the beginning we were planting and harvesting only for our boutique hotel, after that the excess production went to our friends, and then the website came in. Today we are delivering to households and best chef restaurants 6 days a week. We cooperate with our neighbour farmers, showing them that agriculture is possible without harmful chemicals: our aim is , sustainable farming and leaving our resources to the coming generations in a better condition than we found them in.
We have a boutique hotel in our land, mostly visited by groups who enjoy yoga and nature.

Help
We need help for harvesting, planting, weeding vegetables, fruits, looking after chicken, maintaince, cleaning, preapering preserves, carpentry etc. Handy people, carpenters always welcome as there is always maintaince to do. Yoga teachers might have chance to held yoga sessions to our quests from our boutique hotel. Volunteers work starting 08:30-10:30 tea break 11:00-14:00 5hrs a day and 5 days a week , we have friday and Saturday as a rest day. We prefer every body works together, indivudual holidays, breaks are making the work program hard to manage, please avoid.
If there is a need for individual holiday, or break we expect from that volunteer to complete 25 hrs/week total time .

Accommodation
İf there is more than one workaway, they will be sharing the room with a another one. There is toilet and shower in every room. We provide ingridients for meals weekly, but not meat, choclate, coffe, tofu etc. We expect our volunteers cook their meals, taste our organic vegetables. There is a kitchen where team is cooking, warming their food, have their meal. Cleaning and tidyness of rooms, kitchen, shared locations is always essentail and we care a lot. The land is big there are lots of places to enjoy .

We are close to Istanbul (60km), at Çatalca public transport is only 2 km away , which we can transport workaways at requirement but volunteer should give us a notice before . With public transport it will take 2,5 hours to reach city center. Marmara sea shore is close, going public beach and swimming possible.
