Description
Hi! I'm Sophie, 32 years old and I'm from the Netherlands. Two years ago my Husband and I bought a Amandel Orchard in the North of Spain, including a barn that needs renovation. We are building an off grid paradise. My husband works in construction, so we are doing all the building ourselves. He is a good teacher as well.
Our piece of land is beautifully situated between 2 national parks, close to the mountains and in a very beautiful environment.
The nature around here is incredible. There are tons of hidden gems where you can swim and relax, and where you never see anyone else.
We've been learning Spanish for 2 years and would love to improve this.
I am also a yoga teacher.
Last year we adopted a dog, Stella. She loves playing and cuddling.
We live 6 months a year in Spain and 6 months in Holland. We will be in Spain from April-september.Types of help and learning opportunities

Best would be if you have a campervan to sleep in . We also have a caravan you could sleep in or a tent. We have a new toilet and shower in the brand new bathroom and we have an outside kitchen.
The house is under construction now, so don't expect a luxurious house.
We will buy the food and of course will ask you what type of food you prefer. And we are planning on starting to build a kitchen garden. If the work awayer is into cooking, we would be delighted if he/she can sometimes do the cooking.
We eat vegetarian and maybe 1-2 times a week fish or local meat. What else ...
Our location is ideal for people who love to hike, mountainbike , canyoning and be in nature.
There is no public transportation. You need your own car/van.A little more information
