    Description

    Learn French, while helping with the up-keep and restoration of our Chateau. The work is more cleaning and gardening more then a hard tiring job....
    We are a family of four with two sons. The older one is a pianiste and teaching mathematics and helping us until the end of august. The other one is a MD, visiting us in the summer, with a lot of is friends... Nights are fun with games, music, nice meals and a friendly atmosphere. We are having a lot of pleasure to share with ours Workaways, the great time and culture, that we have in France... Angers is one of the major cities in the north-western part of France.
    We are looking for young motivated people who are manually inclined and have a drivers license.
    We offer room and board and lots of free time to get to know our beautiful area.

    Angers is a major university town located 1 1/2 hours from the Atlantic Ocean and 2 hours from the Channel. It is close to many of the major Loire Valley Chateaux and has several museums and lots of historic places. According to a recent survey it is considered to be the city with the most desirable living conditions in France.
