    Hello, we are a small team that run several accommodations, restaurants, cafe, distillery and bar in Nozawa Onsen!

    We also have winter season opportunities and we a currently looking for experienced chefs, cooks, kitchen hands and housekeepers who can commit to the entire season.

    We offer great benefits including, discounts across our food and beverage venues, seasonal rental gear discounts and access to shared staff ski passes that can be used to experience the ski mountains.

    Only workaway members with the correct working Visas for Japan are acceptable. All helpers are paid by hourly rate.

You will get to enjoy a traditional Japanese onsen village which is famous for its 13 free public onsens. Other cultural experiences include the shrine precinct, outdoor cooking onsen, mountain bike riding, hiking, and the village's traditional festivals.
