  Description

  My name is Emeric Biavat, and I'm a 48-year-old man with a passion for horses and the quest for a healthy, balanced life in touch with nature and animals. I have a 20-hectare farm with a food self-sufficiency project, with beehives, fruit trees and spring water already in place on the farm, and a henhouse and vegetable garden under construction. In the same way that I respect the environment, nature and all living things, I take care of myself with a healthy vegetarian diet, and I don't smoke or drink alcohol. As soon as possible, the woman I love will join us with her children to live together.
  I'd like to welcome you to my farm to help me set up this self-sufficiency project and build various projects to improve the comfort and well-being of us all.
  
  Workawayers won't be asked to help with the maintenance and spaces related to any business activities and that it is just help in my own private home and garden.
  
  Je m'appelle Emeric Biavat, je suis un homme de 48 ans, passionné par les chevaux et la recherche d'une vie saine et équilibrée, en connexion avec la nature et les animaux. J'ai une ferme de 20 hectares avec un projet d'autonomie alimentaire avec des ruches, des arbres fruitiers et de l'eau de source déjà en place sur la ferme, et un poulailler et un potager en cours de construction. De la même façon que je respecte l'environnement, la nature et tous les êtres vivants, je prends soin de moi avec une alimentation végétarienne et saine, et je ne fume pas ni ne consomme pas d'alcool. Dès que possible, la femme que j'aime nous rejoindra avec ses enfants pour vivre ensemble.
  Je vous accueille sur ma ferme pour m'aider à mettre en place ce projet d'autonomie alimentaire ainsi que la construction de divers projets pour améliorer le confort et le bien-être de nous tous.

  Help

  I need help with the upkeep of the 20 hectares on the farm; removing unwanted plants, putting wood away, etc. I also need help with my plans to build a chicken coop, which I've started, and a vegetable garden, which is planned soon. I still have other work to do to improve my space to make it more comfortable for everyone; renovation work in the house and improvements to shelters or fences for the animals.
  The work will be done together, with the aim of enabling people to acquire autonomy and know-how through their participation. We'll be sharing meal preparation and everyday tasks.
  
  J'ai besoin d'aide pour l'entretien des 20 hectares sur la ferme; enlever les plantes indésirables, passer la débroussailleuse, ranger du bois, etc. J'ai besoin d'aide aussi pour mes projets de construction d'un poulailler que j'ai commencé et un potager qui est prévu prochainement. J'ai encore d'autres travaux d'amélioration de mon espace pour un meilleur confort de tous; travaux de rénovation dans la maison et amélioration d'abris ou clôtures pour les animaux.
  Le travail sera fait ensemble, en cherchant que les personnes acquièrent une autonomie et un savoir-faire par leur participation. Nous partagerons les préparatifs des repas, ainsi que les tâches de la vie courante.

  Accommodation

  I welcome you in the main building of the farmhouse, where two single rooms with double beds are at your disposal, with shared bathroom and toilet. There is a large kitchen on the floor below, where we can share meals together. I buy organic food and cook vegetarian and balanced meals. The rest of the house, apart from my bedroom and leather workshop, is still under construction. Wifi is available in the kitchen, but not in the bedrooms.
  
  Je vous accueille dans le bâtiment principal de la ferme, où deux chambres individuelles avec lit double sont à votre disposition, avec salle de bain et toilettes communes. Il y a à l'étage en dessous une grande cuisine pour partager les repas ensemble. J'achète des aliments bio et je cuisine végétarien et équilibré. Le reste de la maison, hormis ma chambre et mon atelier pour travailler le cuir, est encore en travaux. Le wif est disponible dans la cuisine, mais pas dans les chambres.

  My farm is very close to Lyon Saint Exupéry airport, only about 30 minutes away by car. There are also two train stations nearby, Bourgoin-Jailleu and La Tour du Pin, about 20 minutes away by car. My farm is close to the village of Biol, which has all the important services and a very good bakery. We're surrounded by nature and vegetation with views of the mountains in the distance, offering great opportunities for hikers. I also have a small pond with Koi carp, two goats and a sheep, cats and a dog.
  
  Ma ferme est très proche de l'aéroport de Lyon Saint Exupéry, à environ 30 minutes de trajet en voiture seulement. Il y a aussi deux gares à proximité, celles de Bourgoin-Jailleu et La tour du Pin, à environ 20 minutes en voiture. Ma ferme est à proximité du village de Biol, qui a tous les services importants et une très bonne boulangerie. Nous sommes entourés de nature et végétation avec vue sur les montagnes au loin, ce qui offre de belles possibilités pour les randonneurs. J'ai aussi un petit étang avec des carpes Koï, deux chèvres et un mouton, des chats et un chien.
