Description
My name is Gayle, I have been a self employed builder for the past 15 yrs, prior to this I have traveled extensively, owned and run cafes, raised a family (now a grandmother), iv just bought my first red convertible, for fun outings, I love to dance and go to live music gigs. I’m excited for this next journey to renovate my beautiful art deco home in the bay of islands.
I have fabulous views over the town out to sea and across to Russel. Everything is within walking distance as I’m the first house past the shops. With the ferry at the end of the street.
I have a small dog, Lilly, and 2 cats that live in the garage.
My elderly mother ,96 years young, now lives with me. She is sweet and it’s an honour to be able to care for her as she has me as I was growing up.

Hi. I have an art deco home in the heart of Paihia. I am currently renovating it to an art deco / modern vibe. I am looking for help in the garden and in the preparation and renovation of my home. I have extensive building and renovation experience I am willing to share and to up-skill anyone with these interests.

I have a 1974 zephyr caravan for you to stay in, using the shower and toilet in the house and sharing vegan-pescatarian style meals that we can supply and prepare together.
