Experience historical places and support our creative children's workshop on your journey through Germany.

A varied everyday life awaits you with us! You will be travelling a lot with Uwe and getting to know historical cities and beautiful markets throughout Germany. We run a creative painting and craft workshop for children and are regularly on the road at various markets.

During market hours, you will not only gain valuable experience, but also be able to supplement your travel budget with the statutory minimum wage. Your tasks will include setting up and dismantling our stand – so you should be good with your hands and able to carry heavy boxes. During opening hours, you will help sell children's toys and craft materials, clean the tables and keep everything tidy and neat. As you will have a lot of direct contact with families and children, you should already have a good command of German.

When we are not on tour, we live in the beautiful Wendland region. There is always something to do here – whether it's working on the building, gardening, petting and walking dogs, cooking meals... we are sure to find a task that suits your skills.

  • Accommodation

    Accommodation

During your time with us, your accommodation will vary depending on the season and location.

When we are on the road, you will sleep in a small tent or in our transport trailer with a door and window – a very special way to travel! We usually stay at campsites or on areas allocated by the organiser near the markets.

  • What else ...

    What else ...

There is also plenty to discover in your free time. Whether you are out and about or at home in Wendland, beautiful hikes, bike rides or simply a relaxing afternoon in nature are almost always possible. Since we live in a very active location here, or usually stay overnight in particularly interesting places when we are out and about, it rarely gets boring.

If you need some peace and quiet in between, that's no problem either – we respect your needs and make sure you always have a place to retreat to.

An important part of our communal life is preparing and enjoying up to three meals a day together. We attach great importance to a vegetarian lifestyle, which we ask you to respect during your stay.
