Description
Hello! We are a family: a mother and my 18-month-old son, born on October 15, 2024. I work flexible hours, from 8 am to 4 pm at the latest, and my son attends daycare from 8 am to 5 pm. We need help for one hour in the morning, from approximately 7 to 8 am, and again in the afternoon between 5 pm and 10 pm. We are flexible because we like to go to the park for one or two hours after daycare. We live in a house with four bedrooms and two bathrooms, all exterior-facing except for the bathrooms. It's well-connected by public transport. There are many parks and gardens in the area. We are also within walking distance of Las Arenas-Cabañal-Cañaveral beach. The metro takes you to the center of Valencia in 8 minutes. The area has all kinds of services nearby, including supermarkets, gyms, etc. It's a quiet residential area.

Hola! Somos una familia de madre e hijo de 18 meses, mi hijo nació el 15 de octubre de 2024.
Yo trabajo con horario flexible de mañana se 8h normal hasta como mucho las 16h, y mi hijo va a la guardería de 8 a 17h. La ayuda la necesitamos 1h por la mañana de 7 a 8 aproximadamente. Y por la tarde ente las 17h y las 22h , con flexibilidad porque nos gusta ir 1 a dos horas al parque normal después de la guardería.
Tenemos una vivienda con 4 dormitorios y dos baños, exterior excepto los baños. Con buenas comunicaciones en transporte público.
Hay muchos parques y jardines en la zona. Además estamos andando de la playa de las Arenas-Cabañal- Cañaveral. En metro se llega al centro de Valencia en 8 minutos. Zona con todo tipo de servicios cerca, supermercados, gimnasios, etc.
Es una zona residencial tranquila -

My son and I are looking for a tidy and clean person to share experiences and help with household chores and childcare. My son was born on October 15, 2024, and is currently 18 months old (1.5 years). We are a single-parent family. I work Monday to Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., with flexible hours. My son attends daycare between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.

We have a property located between the city center and the beach in Valencia.
It's a spacious, bright, and airy apartment with two bathrooms and a balcony. It has air conditioning and is well-connected to the city center by public transport. The beach and the river are a twenty-minute walk away.
All kinds of amenities are nearby, including supermarkets, gyms, and language schools. Meals will be shared in the evenings; we usually eat out at work and at daycare.

es un apartamento amplio, exterior, con dos baños balcón! bastante luminoso y ventilado. Con climatizacion. bien comunicado con el centro por transporte público cerca de la playa se puede llegar en veinte minutos andando y al río.
Con todo tipo de servicios supermercados, gimnasios, cerca de centros de estudio de idiomas.
Las comidas serán compartir por la noche a medio día solemos comer fuera en el trabajo y en la guardería. -
