    Hello! 2 campecinos are permanent on the farm.

    We are looking for enthusiastic, nature-loving volunteers to join us, a small rainforest conservation and sustainable agriculture project in the Golfito region of southwest Costa Rica. Our mission is to protect and restore the rainforest, support biodiversity, and share sustainable practices with the local community.

    About the Project:

    Location: 500–550m elevation in the La Gamba / Río Esquinas area

    Size: ~6.3 hectares of primary & secondary forest

    Main Activities:
    Composting and soil health (vermicompost)

    Cultivation of crops such as pepper and herbal teas

    Maintaining animal protection areas

    Occasional light construction or trail maintenance

    What to Expect:
    Accommodation: Simple on-site lodging (shared) with basic facilities

    Food: A kitchen is available for volunteers to cook and share meals

    Language: Spanish is helpful but English is fine
