Description
Help clean up, paint, organize and restore this beautiful property in the heart of Oaxaca city
I am a businesswoman that loves traveling, helping people, and meeting folks from all over the world
==============
I'm looking for 5 people that could help me maintain a property that was once a hotel for 25 years, I rented it 3 years ago but it's been ruined and now that it'll be in my hands again I want to rent it again but it needs renewal.
You'll have a kitchen, bathroom, and where to sleep and you'll be 3 blocks away from the main square (El Zócalo). Oaxaca is a wonderful city because of its culture, food, and wonderful weather. In summer the temperature is better than in spring because the dry season is over, it usually rains in the afternoons for about an hour and the sun comes up. For some people, no air conditioner is needed, if anything just a fan.
I also have the option for you to help me with reception and lobby work in my other hotel which is about 1 block away from this property, it is optional though and you don't need to do it if you wouldn't like.
===============
I speak Spanish and English, and I (mom) speak French and Italian. Daniela is actually studying Digital animation & Ilustration in Mexico City. Whoever stays at the hotel will be in a beautiful and authentic colonial home 3 blocks away from the main square , Zócalo There are 3 Mexican markets nearby to buy fresh and organic food .
If you wish, you can help as a volunteer in a Community Kitchen anyday from Monday to Saturday from 7:45 am to 8:45 am, this is optional and I think this is a way to quickly make friends in the city and live with positive people.
Oaxaca is a fascinating city with excellent weather and food! You will find culture in every step you take. There are very interesting nearby towns and communities, clay handicrafts, wooden animals ( alebrijes), wool rugs in Teotitlan del Valle , beautiful archeological sites, the thickest tree in the world older than 2000 years old, and much more.

Types of help and learning opportunities
