Description
Working with goats (two 6 year old and two baby goats), in the garden and in the house.
Due to other experiences this year, I have to specify my setting here and ask for honesty in applications: Please read exactely befor you send an application.
I offer a high quality of life:
good introduction and knowledge transfer to working with the goats and the garden
a wonderful, newly renovated room with ecologically construction
high-quality, organic, vegetarian/ vegan food (that means no eggs, no fish, no meat! just sometimes a little bit of cheese)
support with planning leisure activities and excursions
I'm available for interesting conversations an d exchange about the topics I've listed on Workaway or about current events.
In return:
I am looking for someone who is ready to work when they arrive: By that, I mean that you arrive healthy (mentally and physically), in good shape, and with the appropriate clothing - dependent from season, weather, work in the stable and garden. If you have any health problems short before your arrival, please let me know so we can discuss what to do together.
I am looking for somebody how is ready to work at 7 in the morning:This means being awake, present, and appropriately dressed at 7:00 a.m., with or without breakfast. (This does not mean setting the alarm for 7:00 a.m.!)
I'm not offering a holiday stay: it's called WORkaway, not holydayaway. By that, I mean you work 5 days/5 hours and have then two days off.
I am looking for someone who appreciates organic, vegetarian-vegan food (no pesticides) and has a really conscious ecological attitude.
I am looking for someone who REALLY loves animals and is able to handle nice goats with horns!
I cannot provide psychological or general healthcare. (of course when something happens here im ready)
I give a good introduction but i cannot accompany people throughout their entire work, so you are welcome to work independently and selfstanding.
I cannot provide clothing or other everyday equipment - you have to bring it yourself.
An here follows my original workaway text:
Hi
you love sharing time with the goats (cleaning stable, feeding, playing, evt. go for walkswith them), you can also set limits to them, when they are naughty ; ). experience with farmanimals is helpful.
you like to do tasks in the garden, with the plants or in the house.
I'm looking for an responsible, clean person who keeps things in order and is used to do tasks independently.
you have your own guestroom, kitchen and bath are shared. in the kitchen its possible to cook once a day in the evening, the other meals are cold - salads, sandwiches, etc.
you use natural soaps, eat natural food and eco concious living is for you common (switch off smart phones at night, using cable instead of wifi). the offerd food is natural, organic, high quality.
please bring only 100% biodegradable, organic soap and shower gel.
Im 51 years old, vegetarian - vegan, rawfood fan, animal and naturelover, doing daily yoga & meditation practice. i love the exchange with naturebased, spiritual people.
I work as a value-based organizational developer and child psychologist.
