Description
This is our family - Jiří, the dad, Kami, the mom, Ami, the 2,5 year old baby, and Sofi, the labrador rescue dog. Jiří is self-employed, mostly home office, and I'm a developmental psychologist, now fully focused on being a mom.
We are looking for someone who will become a part of our family as a big sister/brother to our baby. We're looking for one person (or a couple) who loves kids, is energetic and is not afraid of hearing a "NO" from a baby:) We don't want to just give our child to a babysitter. Me, the mom, I would always be available, so for example, you would be playing with the baby in the living room and I would be in the kitchen, working on a computer, etc. Or, if I am with the baby, you could help out with vegetarian cooking or small tasks around the house. Also, you would need to be willing to accommodate to our baby needs (e.g. being more quiet during her nap time and in the evenings).
We'd like you to help out up to 20h a week and stay with us a minimum of 2 weeks. Your schedule will be flexible and you will have time to explore Prague and its' surroundings. You will have your own room with a big window into our garden with large trees. If you can cook, that's a big plus:)

You will get a hands-on experience on a mindful and respectful parenting. Since I am a developmental psychologist, my intention is to break free from old-fashioned ways of rearing children and provide a kind and rich environment to our child.

Playing with a 2,5 year old, cooking, meals preparation (cutting vegetables, etc.), housekeeping, little gardening.

What else ...
We live 25 mins away from Prague by train so you will have plenty of opportunities to explore Prague. Also, the Czech Republic is small and would be able to take the train/bus to other cities and even other countries (Germany, Austria, 4h train ride).
