work on your novel, script, biography or 10th symphony (88 key piano provided)
strong WIFI, both solar and grid power, osmosis water purifier, outdoor compost toilet
outdoor shower, outdoor kitchen
no hard work, but a couple of hours a day of pruning and palm care
and obvious stuff, must appreciate and care for big dog
reliable self motivated and self cleaning people
