    Description

world traveler settled in Southern Baja 20 years ago, Mexico and Latin America expert, cultural philosopher, journalist and docu filmmaker, ideologically 100% off the grid - created a 2 acre palm plantation 10 years ago which I am now converting into a perennial paradise for temporary hermits, writers, composers, ponderers and busy brains.

you need to be ready to spend 15 + days here --- no shorter stays considered.

this opportunity is located a few miles outside of La Paz, Baja Sur, 1 mile from the bay,
no transport provided but frequent and cheap public transport, or bring your bike etc

fresh breakfast juice, quality lunch and espresso provided daily
    - you are responsible for your own breakfast and dinner, snacks, drinks etc
you can comfortably prepare your own meals in outdoor kitchen. basic stores in walking distance

work on your novel, script, unauthorized autobiography or 10th symphony (88 key Kurzweil available)
strong WIFI, both solar and grid power, osmosis water purifier, outdoor compost toilet
    outdoor shower, outdoor kitchen

no hard work, but 3+ hours a day of pruning and palm care
and forest maintenance stuff, must appreciate a big dog

reliable self motivated and self cleaning people

good fit for single person who wants peace and quiet

perfect if you travel in your own vehicle, van, etc
or if you just want to chill in a tent or hammock, which we can provide.

    SPOILER ALERT:
after all sorts for affirmative equity and diversity Cirque du Soleil stuff,
we return to rule Nr 1: we're only accepting
    people with ACTUAL skills.

A SKILL is the ability to perform an action with determined results often
within a given amount of time, energy, or both. This excludes goat yoga
    and Trustafarian philharmonics.

Some of your chores may have no social component, and dogs want to sniff you.
If that violates your space or the sanctity of your volatile aura, shucks.

please look up Southern Baja up on a MAP _before you start dreaming.
this is a Desert. (with one s) This region is not like Miami, Montreal nor Málaga.

if your parents have been paying for your adventures so far and/or
if you have never done real physical work, call back in a few years.

This is a one of a kind bullshit-free space, not suitable for freeloaders,
and/or faux poulets or any other work averse spoiled brats trying to get the
most out of daddy's allowance on their bucket list sojourn via this platform.

Your request should state the SKILLS you have to offer relevant to this location
and references or examples of actual work done.

we do not host more than 1 person at a time

    Bienvenidos a todos los demás

    smile

    c'est tout.
