  Hi, I'm 57 years old and I live with my 18 year old daughter, my 26 year old son, 2 medium sized dogs and 3 cats. My house is in the countryside, but 15 minutes by bike from the city centre of Modena. I have a large garden with a swimming pool and a spacious house where I can host you in a single room with use of the shared bathroom (we have 3 bathrooms, we can organize ourselves!..).
  We all speak English, we would like to host you so that in the summer you can help us with our animals when we are not at home, with the garden and the swimming pool and some cleaning and maintenance work in the house such as assembling shelves, furniture, painting the walls and daily cleaning.
  Our dogs are Rescue, with some behavioral problems. Gioia is very scared of strangers but with people who respect her, esteem her and intrigue her, in a few days she lets herself go and slowly she also lets herself be touched. Bilbo, on the other hand, is quite friendly, except when you go near his kennel or areas of the house like the closet that he considers his.
  So you will have to be a person who is not afraid of dogs and who has a minimum ability to empathize with them.

  Ciao ho 57 anni e vivo con mia figlia di 18, mio figlio di 26 , 2 cani di taglia media e 3 gatti. La mia casa è in campagna , ma a 15 minuti in bicicletta dal centro della citta di Modena. Ho un grande giardino con piscina e una casa spaziosa dove posso ospitarti in una camera singola con uso del bagno in comune ( abbiamo 3 bagni, possiamo oraganizzarci!..).
  Parliamo tutti Inglese, vorremmo ospitarti perchè nel periodo estivo tu ci aiutassi con i nostri animali quando non siamo a casa , con il giardino e la piscina e qualche lavoretto di pulizia e manutenzione in casa come montaggio mensole, mobili, pittura dei muri e pulizie quotidiane.
  I nostri cani sono dei Rescue, con qualche problema comportamentale. Gioia è molto spaventata dagli estranei ma con persone che la rispettano, la stimano e la incuriosiscono nel giro di qualche giorno si lascia andare e piano piano si fa anche toccare. Bilbo invece è abbastanza amichevole, fatto salvo quando si va vicino alla sua cuccia o alle zone della casa come il ripostigli che lui ritiene suoi.
  Quindi dovrai essere una persona che non ha paura dei cani e che ha un minimo di capacità di empatizzare con loro.

  I would like to have long chats and walks together, take you to discover Modena and Bologna, two beautiful cities, UNESCO heritage.
  I will let you taste the real TORTELLINI emiliani and from my house 10 minutes by bike you will find the birthplace museum of Enzo Ferrari and 15 km away, reachable by public transport you will have the opportunity to visit FERRARI and its museum in Maranello. (if you like I can accompany you).
  I would like to listen to the stories you will tell me and learn about your origins and the history that brought you to my house and I will be very happy if you want to cook me some dishes from your land and show me photos of your house.

  Vorrei fare lunghe chiacchierate e passeggiate insieme, portarvi a conoscere Modena e Bologna , due citta bellissime, patrimonio UNESCO.
  Vi farò assaggiare i veri TORTELLINI emiliani e da casa mia a 10 minuti di bicicletta troverete il museo casa natale di Enzo Ferrari e a 15 km, raggiungibile con i mezzi pubblici avrete la possibilità di visitare la FERRARI e il suo museo di Maranello. ( se vi fa piacere potrò accompagnarvi io).
  Vorrei ascoltare le storie che mi racconterete e conoscere le vostre origini e la storia che vi ha portato fino a casa mia e avrò molto piacere se vorrete cucinarmi qualche piatto della vostra terra e mostrarmi foto di casa vostra.

  Vorremmo ospitarti perchè nel periodo estivo tu ci aiutassi con i nostri animali quando non siamo a casa , con il giardino e la piscina e qualche lavoretto di pulizia e manutenzione in casa come montaggio mensole, mobili, pittura dei muri e pulizie quotidiane.

  Accommodation

  Single room with bed, wardrobe, desk, with 2 windows overlooking the countryside, with shared bathroom located downstairs with bathtub. On the floor of your room there will be the bathroom that Elena and I also use and can only be used for the shower (which is missing in the one on the ground floor).

  Camera singola con letto, armadio, scrivania, con 2 finestre con vista sulla campagna, con bagno in comune situato al piano di sotto con vasca da bagno. Al piano della tua camera ci sarà il bagno che usiamo anche io e Elena e potrà essere utilizzato solo per la doccia ( che manca in quello al piano terra).

  What else ...

  From my house, a 10-minute walk away you will find city buses that take you to the center.
  You can also use a bicycle to go anywhere, you are in the countryside and you can go trekking/bike on the river bank or via the cycle path to reach the city center.
  It may happen that I leave you at home alone and you will have to take care of the house, alarm, dogs, cats, swimming pool and garden.
  It will all be in your hands so I need people who know how to take responsibility for the animals and the commitment of a large house. (alarm, closing doors and windows, air conditioning system, etc.)
  I do not want you to bring strangers into the house, without asking first, I would like you to help me with the management of animal meals

  Da casa mia a 10 minuti a piedi trovate gli autobus urbani che portano in centro.
  Potrete anche utilizzare una bicicletta per andare ovunque , siete in campagna e potrete fare percorsi di trekking/ bike sull'argine del fiume oppure tramite pista ciclabile raggiungere il centro della città.
  Potrà succedere che vi lasci a casa soli e vi dovrete occupare della gestione casa, allarme, cani , gatti piscina e giardino.
  Sarà tutto nelle vostre mani quindi ho bisogno di persone che sappiano prendersi la responsabilità degli animali e l'impegno di una casa grande . ( allarme , chiusura porte e finestre, impianto di condizionamento ecc.)
  Non desidero che portiate estranei in casa, senza prima chiedere, vorrei che mi aiutaste nella gestione pasti animali

  Ho un posto auto dove parcheggiare con energia elettrica e acqua a disposizione senza dumping. Se siete una famiglia potete usufruire del giardino e della piscina ma dovrete dormire in camper.

  si , i miei cani sono amichevoli con altri cani, l'importante che i vostri animali siano amichevoli con cani e gatti ( ne ho 3 in casa)
