Iquitos is the natural medicine Meca with thousands of tourists arriving each year to experience the jungle medicine. It is right in the Perivian Amazon and apart from the medicine scene you have the magical jungle to explore right at your doorstep. There are the various Lodges and medicine centers to explore and local communities and tribes, the famous Belén market where you will find almost anything and see a few surprises also. There are the local bars, cafés and restaurants all within walking distance. The boulevard is just two blocks away. The main tourist hangouts are Karma Café, Dawn on the Amazon and the Amazon Bistro as well as the hostel itself and are all good places to meet people and find out more local info and what´s going on at that time, local music events, projects, campaigns etc... You really do have everything at your doorstep and a cool and interesting crowd of people around. We like it, that´s why we created the hostel! We´re sure you´ll like it too!!!
