ENGLISH:
Hi! My name is Clara, I am 25 years old and I am from a small coastal town in Galicia. I am an English teacher (although not working now) and I just bought a house with stunning mountain views, in a small village less than 20 minutes away from the city of Pontevedra. The house is located in a really amazing natural environment.
The house consists of three floors: the first and second floors are fully habitable (there used to be a family living there), and it is in the third floor where we need help to reform it (it is completely empty, since it was never finished). The house also has a very large land/garden (3000m2) divided into several parts, from which you can enjoy the landscape, which is the main attraction of the house. Soon we will also build a swimming pool.

Buenas! Me llamo Clara, tengo 25 años y soy de un pequeño pueblo costero de Galicia. Soy profesora de Inglés (aunque ahora no estoy ejerciendo) y me acabo de comprar una casa con unas impresionantes vistas en la montaña, en una pequeña aldea a menos de 20 minutos de la ciudad de Pontevedra. Se trata de un entorno natural incomparable.
La casa se compone de tres plantas: la primera y segunda están completamente habitables (antes vivía una familia), y en la tercera necesitamos ayuda para reformarla (está completamente vacía, no se llegó a terminar). La casa también tiene una finca muy grande (3000m2) dividida en varias partes, desde la que se puede disfrutar del paisaje, que es el mayor atractivo de la casa. Pronto construiremos también una piscina.

ENGLISH:
As I was saying, the house is located in an impressive natural environment in the interior of Galicia, surrounded by lush forests, numerous hiking trails, rivers and some waterfalls. It is, of course, a place to disconnect and relax.
However, my family and I currently live in Sanxenxo, a beautiful coastal town with a more vivid atmosphere, and we often move from one place to another. Therefore, the guest would have the opportunity to know both places and, of course, our family, friends and customs.
We are very sociable people who like to visit places in our free time, both natural landscapes and nearby towns or cities where we can go to eat and drink, and we would make sure that you get to know them too! We like that the guests get to know well our land, our gastronomy and our culture in general.
On the other hand, we like languages, both learning and teaching them, so it would also be a good opportunity for anyone who wants to learn some Spanish, or not!

Como decía, la casa se encuentra en un impresionante entorno natural del interior de Galicia, rodeada en sus proximidades de frondosos bosques, numerosas rutas de senderismo, ríos y algunas cataratas. Es, desde luego, un sitio para desconectar y relajarse.
Sin embargo, mi familia y yo actualmente vivimos en Sanxenxo, un bonito pueblo costero con más vida y ambiente, y nos movemos a menudo entre un sitio el otro. Por tanto, el invitado tendría la oportunidad de conocer ambos lugares y, por supuesto, a nuestra familia y amigos y nuestras costumbres.
Somos gente muy sociable a la que le gusta mucho visitar lugares en nuestro tiempo libre, tanto parajes naturales como pueblos o ciudades de las cercanías donde poder ir a comer y beber, y ten por seguro que nos encargaríamos de que los conocieras todos bien! Nos gusta que los invitados conozcan bien nuestra tierra, nuestras gastronomía y nuestra cultura en general.
Por otro lado, nos gustan los idiomas, tanto aprenderlos como enseñarlos, por lo que sería también una buena oportunidad para todo aquel que quisiera aprender algo de español, o no!

Help
ENGLISH:
The main help we need is carpentry, since we want most of the work in the house to be made of wood: covering walls, ceilings, floors, etc. Any skill in masonry in general would also be valued, since there is an outdoor porch that we would like to convert into a room with a bathroom.
ESPAÑOL:
La principal ayuda que necesitamos es de carpintería, pues la mayor parte de las obras que queremos hacer en la casa nos gustaría que fueran de madera: cubrir paredes, techos y suelos.. También se valoraría cualquier habilidad de albañilería en general, pues en la finca hay un alpendre exterior que nos gustaría convertir en una habitación con un baño.

Accommodation
ENGLISH:
As I said, the house has three floors. On the first floor there is the garage, the living room, a bathroom and a small kitchen. The second floor is where the bedrooms (currently 4), two bathrooms and the main kitchen are located. The top floor only has the structure and is the one that needs reform (as can be seen in the photos).
On the outside, the farm has different areas and heights: small viewpoints, a traditional grill and oven, an area for animals, a small pond with a natural spring, and a great variety of different trees and plants. It is the highest house in the town, so it borders directly with the communal mountain.
The guest would have their own room, and of course will be able to enjoy and make use of all areas in the house. The meals would all be at our expense and the guests will be able to use the kitchen and everything else as if they were one more family member.

Como ya decía, la casa tiene tres plantas. En la primera planta se encuentra el garaje, el salón, un baño y una pequeña cocina. En la segunda planta es donde se encuentran los dormitorios (actualmente 4), dos baños y la cocina principal. La última planta solamente tiene la estructura y es la que necesita la reforma (como se puede apreciar en las fotos).
Por fuera, la finca dispone de diferentes zonas y alturas: pequeños miradores, un asador y horno tradicional, zona para animales, un pequeño estanque con fuente natural, un piorno, y una gran variedad de diferentes árboles y plantas. Es la casa más alta del pueblo, por lo que limita directamente con el monte comunal,
El invitado dispondría de habitación propia, y por supuesto podría disfrutar y hacer uso de todas las zonas de la vivienda. Los gastos de manutención correrían a nuestro cargo y podrá hacer uso de la cocina como si fuera uno más de la familia.

ENGLISH:
The guest will have a lot of free time and will be able to use it for whatever they want, both enjoying the house and the surroundings and getting to know new places. As I have already mentioned, we are willing to show them our area and spend time with them whenever possible.
I am a person who likes art, reading, dancing, meeting people and I have a friendly dog that I usually take for walks every day. Right now I will be very immersed in this new project that is the house, but there is always time to have some fun!

El invitado tendrá mucho tiempo libre y podrá usarlo para todo aquello que él quiera, tanto disfrutar de la casa y el entorno como conocer lugares nuevos. Como ya he mencionado, nosotros estamos dispuestos a enseñarles nuestra zona y pasar tiempo con ellos siempre que se pueda.
Yo soy una persona que le gusta el arte, leer, bailar, conocer gente y tengo un perro muy simpático al que suelo llevar a dar paseos cada día. Ahora mismo estaré muy inmersa en este nuevo proyecto que es la casa, pero siempre queda tiempo para pasarlo bien!
