    Description

About the property: It is a peaceful place in nature with lots of mango trees, coconut trees and many more ayurvedic plants, chirpy birds and a beautiful river that flows by our place (totally safe and refreshing to go in for a swim every day). My parents live here. It is a peaceful place to live & work at. Situated 2.5 kms from the railway station which will take you to the big Mumbai city in 1.5 hours.

    About the project:
This is a farm land and I intend to start a small business here with the main purpose of creating awareness about nature and making the urban population get a chance to understand and experience the rural life. A glimpse into living in nature, being one with nature.

    Expectations from Workaway-ers:
Volunteers from various fields have different perspectives and hence have 'out of the box', creative ideas, you will have that creative freedom to suggest ideas and implementing them at the farm. More details on this in the "Help requested from travelers" section.

    About me:
I have completed my masters in marketing and resigned a job to live freely. I'm from Mumbai. I'm a curious person and I will probably have alot of questions about your country or your culture. I've recently developed a keen interest in history. Star gazing, Bird watching, performing magic tricks, trekking, backpacking, are some of my interests which I actively pursue.
