Description
We are a retreat center located on a working Finca (ranch) that is focused on healing primarily through plant medicine, personal development, and celebrating those achievements. Our property features plant medicine retreats, OSHO meditation, yoga, horses, permaculture greenhouses, temazcal sweat lodge, fruit orchards, pottery studio, swimming pool, jacuzzi, Wim Hof style baths, stray dog shelter, massage services during retreats, summertime bee hives, chickens, wolves, and several cats and dogs.
We are proud of our volunteer program that provides an authentic and memorable experience for our valued guests that are treated like family. We expect and maintain high standards in our Finca so our volunteers and guests are comfortable, safe, and co-exist respectfully.
The 10+ Workawayers serve alongside our local and international employees. Volunteers live in comfortable accommodations with wifi throughout the property. They share a large kitchen and volunteer recreation space. The Finca is located nearby the city of Tepatitlán (20 minutes away) and we are located one hour outside of Guadalajara.
During our plant medicine/spiritual retreats, art/yoga/music workshops, and special events, volunteers are a critical part of the experience. Our workload can occasionally become intense and demand a lot of flexibility, sometimes more than 5 hours per day but we are also careful to offer downtime when we are in between retreats. The Finca operates as a hotel outside of retreats.
Our primary need is a licensed massage therapist. We are currently also accepting individuals with experience as a ceramics instructor, chauffeur, yoga instructor, equestrian therapist, temazcal facilitator, breathwork facilitator, tuning fork energy healer, certified sound bowl meditation facilitator and guided meditation practitioner, however we are also happy to have people that would like to get involved with plant medicine or that just want to help out.
The retreat director is also looking for individuals to assist in the business side of the retreats - primary need being web design, branding, and social media/marketing. Other areas include management experience, business automation, video editing, CRM, and other administrative tasks.

You'll have the opportunity to participate in plant medicine retreats that occur every month with participants from all over the world. Volunteers will be able to exercise their skills in Spanish, English and French. In addition, daily we enjoy yoga, meditation, swimming, hiking, horseback, gardening and visiting with our wolf friends. Life here in the countryside calms the mind and provides the opportunity for us to disconnect.

Accommodation
We offer rooms with internet services, shared bathrooms, laundry, and furniture. We pay for volunteers to do grocery shopping as a group or provide meals during retreats. Workawayers will have access to a pool and horseback riding. You'll be able to participate in several workshops and activities offered. There's a potential to earn money by creating programs or workshops to offer services.

In your free time you can visit Tepatitlán, Jalisco, which is the closest city to us, it is approximately eight kilometers away. Guadalajara, the capital of the state of Jalisco, is located approximately one hour from us, you can travel comfortably by bus or car.
