The travellers can see the real kampung (village) life in Malaysia although we are situated just off Malaysia's main airport. They can see how our economy is moving towards suburban life while retaining our cultural identity as Asians.
We are a start-up with 10 acres of lands of rubber tree and palm oil plantation with ponds. It is now being turned into an event space for carnival (we had 4 all of 2016), family day retreat, motivational course, a book cafe and two homestays.
We plan to have an organic farming, yoga classes, outdoor activities like barbecue, camping, a bit of eco-friendly educational fun learning and cooking.
We sometimes have weddings, family days, picnics, carnivals and plans to open a cafe.
Volunteers are needed to :
Help us setting up organic farms
Help us to manage library (catalogues, ordering etc)
Help us to identify and plotting future projects
If they have the skill, teach yoga or crossfit (or both), and share the fees
Please take note no drinking allowed within compound and if they smoke they have to do it outside
Homestay with shared bathroom and kitchenette with breakfast
