In the heart of the Colca Canyon between the rivers Colca and Huaruro you will find our lodge. We are a family business that opened its doors in 2001 with the purpose of providing accommodation for tourists independently trekking along the less conventional route. Situated in a lovely location along the side of the mountain and the shores of the rivers, we are the first accommodation to have medicinal thermal baths (hot springs) that reach temperatures up to 38 degrees Celsius. We have comfortable rooms within a beautiful, lush tropical environment which will ensure your stay is an unforgettable experience.
The lodge is located 1 hour by car or 5 hours walking from the pueblo of Cabanaconde, Peru.

You will stay in one of the rooms within Lodge. The time of year, number of reservations, and number of volunteers will influence which room you get. However, we guarantee you will be comfortable in your room and have the privacy of your own space.
All bathrooms at the Lodge are shared. The bathrooms are centrally located between the rooms and have solar heated hot water for showers.
We eat all meals together as a family and we will provide you with breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily. Our restaurant provides tourists with all vegetarian food so primarily you will be served vegetarian meals but occasionally we do get deliveries of meat! Also we would love for you to share any recipes with us or cook a favorite dish of yours!
We have four natural spring pools with water emanating from the mountain, located on the shore of the river. The first two pools have naturally temperate water while the other two pools are natural hot springs with water temperatures up to 38 degrees Celsius. All of our pools are open 24 hours a day, providing you the opportunity during the night to see the spectacular starry sky and listen to the river which creates the perfect harmony and guarantees your visit will be an unforgettable experience.
In the area surrounding the lodge we have ample garden space available where you can enjoy nice campfires or if you wish spend the night camping. We have terraces on the lawn where you can sunbathe or relax in the shade. For those who love the sport of fishing you can visit the surrounding rivers without any danger.
