    Sabaidee
My name is Uma. A few years ago I returned to my native place after a long journey where I learn different skills.
During this journey I worked in a vegetarian restaurant in the center of Bangkok as a cook, and taught people how to cook Thai food.
I also spend a lot of time learning about meditation, and I have been to different temples to learn and experiment. Is wath is guide me today step after step in my life.

Now I am back to my roots, with many memories of my childhood, when my father and mother take care my seven sisters and brothers with this little piece of land, working hard with buffaloes to plow the soil, my mother even gave birth to me in the rice field, with an adventure, I am so grateful for that.
With so many memories, I d like to take care of this land and be the guardian of the place.
My vision is to practice natural agriculture.
In this way, I grow a lot of trees with the intention of creating a forest garden, to fertilize the land, reduce the heat, and so much more.
I grow some vegetables around the house and, I d like to grow more to be as self-sufficient as possible.

    Help

During April to November is the time of THE RICE, my main food, main job.
During this time we first prepare the fields, then we trow the seeds, we take them out, we grow them again, we control the water, we pray for rain, we select the most beautiful ear for the next season, we harvest, we go to the mild, and then we can eat, give share. Seeds of sweat.
It's a very traditional path, most of it is made by hand.
its the time of connexion with neighbor, with clay, with sun, with rain, with ancestor, with green.

From November to April, when is not rice season we have a lot of others tasks to do around the farm, such as growing vegetables, work on the land, take care of fruit trees, general maintenance and basic construction tasks in the house.
So as you can see there's always a lot to do around here so you are always welcome to come and put your energy and smile in this beautiful project!
