Beautiful 56 acre property, with mountain views everywhere, ranging form 170 meters to 300 meters above sea level and over 4 kilometers of trail roads to walk all over , with an ocean view at the top for pondering or meditation .
Completely off grid living ,on a small conservative solar system....All water is pumped up to header tanks form the dam and house tanks using solar pumps that work directly off the sun without batteries required.
Live in a lovely earthy hardwood cottage hand built entirely out of milled Australian hardwoods from trees that were growing on the property.
The property has a very uplifting energy with beautiful nature everywhere, lots of wildlife such as Koalas, wallabies, Goannas and soo many beautiful rainforest birds...You will have the opportunity to be immersed in pristine nature while working outdoors .
Located 10 minutes to Beach, 15 minutes to Brunswick Heads, 20 minutes to Mullumbimby and 30 minutes to Byron Bay, and the Gold coast.
Internet access here is excellent with perfect mobile reception all over the property for staying in touch with family. This is a vegan household. No smoking! :)

Help includes, possibly carpentry or what ever project is happening, also general property maintenance, weeding, brush cutting, mowing if possible mulching and planting Bananas and Bamboo, general vegetable garden work and other light duties.... also light house tasks and help with cooking and preparing vegan meals if that suits your requirements more.
Prefer 2.5 hrs help each day for 5 days of the week
