Description
We are a non-profit organization with two key missions: empowering our community through education (non formal: languages, art, craft, sports etc.) and supporting a sustainable fashion social enterprise. Our work is not just about helping individuals; it's also about building a sustainable and impactful organization. We rely on the passion and skills of our volunteers to help us with both our community programs and our essential organizational work.
Located in Chh. Sambhajinagar (formerly Aurangabad), we are looking for dedicated Workawayers who want to be an integral part of our team. Your contributions will directly help us manage our programs, reach more people, and ensure our projects run smoothly and effectively.
Types of Help Needed
Your help will be vital in two main areas: directly supporting our community members and assisting with the administrative and logistical work that keeps our organization running.
Teaching & Mentorship:
Teach English, French, German, and other languages to students from diverse backgrounds.
Teach digital marketing skills (social media, content creation, etc.).
Mentor women in sustainable fashion design, pattern making, and production.
Organizational Support:
Digital Content & Marketing: Assist with managing our social media, writing blog posts, or creating promotional materials to help us find new students and supporters.
Community Outreach: Help with planning and organizing events, workshops, or community gatherings.
Cultural Exchange and Learning Opportunities
This is a chance to not only share your skills but to gain a unique experience in return.
Hands-On Organizational Experience: Gain practical experience in how a non-profit or social enterprise is run, from daily administration to project management and marketing.
Skill Development: Hone your teaching, mentoring, and administrative skills. You will also learn about sustainable development, community-building, and social entrepreneurship.
Cultural Immersion: Live and work alongside our team and community members, giving you an authentic experience of daily life in our city and rural areas.
Meaningful Impact: See the direct results of your efforts—not just in the lives of the people we help, but in the growth and sustainability of the organization itself.Types of help and learning opportunities

Taste Authentic Food: Enjoy home-cooked meals and explore the diverse flavors of local Indian cuisine.
Dive into Indian Culture: Experience our vibrant culture and participate in local festivals, family gatherings, and celebrations with our team.
Expand Your Horizons: You can also get free lessons in yoga and other local practices. We believe in sharing our values and traditions with you.
We are not just looking for volunteers; we are looking for new family members. You will be welcomed into our homes, our community, and our hearts, giving you a truly unforgettable and authentic experience.Projects involving children

Help
We're a small team dedicated to a big mission, and we need your help with two vital types of work:
Community Empowerment: We need passionate volunteers to teach English/foreign languages and digital marketing, or to mentor women in sustainable fashion design and production.
Organizational Support: We also need help with the essential day-to-day work that keeps our projects running smoothly. This includes administrative tasks, social media management, content creation, and general office work.
A positive, can-do attitude is what we value most. Your willingness to get involved in both areas is key!Languages

We got a message from Kerron who hadn't seen our e-mail after changing address. So he sent us an e-mail the day before we arrived in Aurangabad. We had booked a 2-day hotel and had stayed longer at our first Workeway next to Karjat.
