Description
WE NEED PEOPLE EXPERIENCED IN SAILING AND WINDSURFING, AND A PERSON TO HELP WITH GENERAL OPERATIONS SUCH AS CLEANING AND WELCOMING GUESTS (you might also be asked to drive from our house to the base)(4–5 weeks)
From JUNE UNTIL THE END OF SEPTEMBER
We are a non-profit, easygoing sailing association located in Dorio, on the beautiful Lake Como (Italy).
Our sailing school offers courses in sailing, catamaran, and windsurfing. For the more experienced, we also rent out boats and gear so they can enjoy a beautiful day on the lake!
Each of us is a volunteer, and together we form an enthusiastic team!
We are all really young, but we care deeply about our school and everything we do.
Joining us will allow you to learn our beloved sports and to discover the true beauty of Lake Como!

You’ll get the chance to make lots of friends, both among the staff and our members. You’ll also be able to improve your Italian and enjoy practicing watersports.
Help
We’re looking for some motivated people to help us at our sailing school; mainly with teaching sailing, but also with gardening and general maintenance tasks.
In exchange, we’ll provide accommodation for the whole period.
We’re especially looking for people who can stay longer (around 4–5 weeks).
