Description
Me and my wife are operating the most popular kite spot in Ayvalık, Turkey. The spot consists of 2 beach bars, a restaurant and 4000 m2 grass area for riders. We are currently employing around 17 local paid employees as kitchen personel, service personel, bar personel, hosting personel and dj.

The travelers would have the chance to be a part of the most dynamic team of riders, learn the fundamentals of the sport from the professionals, perform networking activities and experience the best summer they would have.
Here, we are a huge and daily growing family and will accept the workawayers as the newest members of our own.
Help
I am currently operating the most popular kite spot in Turkey/Ayvalık and looking for colleagues to offer us help in day-to-day work of the facility. Do not limit your imagination about the work, anyone with or without a skill set could assist us. Assisting riders and helping them preparing their equipment. Hosting guests and being responsible from arranging training schedules.

Ayvalık is famous with its nature, clean air provided from the mighty Kazdağları Mountains, variety of island around and historical places to visit. Lovely Greek island Lesvos is just a 30 min ferry ride away from Ayvalık harbour.
