    Description

I'm building a playground for grown ups to rediscover their childhood in the midst of nature's embrace

Located in Lepakshi, part of the erstwhile Vijayanagara empire, the region is rich in cultural heritage and history,a unesco world heritage center.

Experience the quiet soulfulness of this quaint yet connected space just a couple of hours away from Bengaluru.
The volunteers get to experiance mud plaster using clay, lime, cowdung etc. They get to build an amphitheater using earthbags.

    Cultural exchange and learning opportunities

I intend to curate visceral experiences around the five senses so expect tactile activities involving the elements, not least of all being mud and water. After all it's called 'muddy waters' for a reason

I love to experience and engage with various cultures, your song and dance routines, and those of cultures you've experienced in your travels past

Being an experienced architect, I'm happy to share my knowledge and wisdom with anyone eager to learn

The region's rich cultural heritage is something we're keen to share with the keen and curious souls interested in discovering the past

I'm also interested in organizing hackathons involving local village children and urban youth to accelerate awareness and application of bleeding edge technology in the rural region

I'm looking for volunteers who are keen on creating sustainable architecture that is connected with nature, rather than separated

If you're not shy to get your hands dirty in the mud, you'd be a great fit for our adventures in creating mud & stone structures together

While the work might be challenging, the experience of playing together while enjoying the beauty of the region and camaraderie of conscious community, is bound to be rewarding

I'm adopted the local village school, so if you're keen to share hands-on skills, we will facilitate regular interactions

They get to work with mud plaster using clay, lime, cowdung etc. They will be building an amphitheatre using earthbags.
Experiance natural farming.Experiance local cooking, star gazing at night.
