Description
Come and help us in any of all areas we work at our campsite The Project. It's from running the bar, preparing or cooking food up to cleaning the bathrooms or do the housekeeping in our 7 Cabins.
We have a really big old campsite stretching upon a hill, which we bring to new life. It’s in the middle of Germany at the Taunus region with plenty of hills a nature. It’s a great place to meet international guests and relax in the nature.
If Frankfurt is calling, it’s also easy to visit by public transfer. Ralf and me (Dani) are a couple with a complete different background than running a campsite.

Cultural exchange and learning opportunities
You will meet a lot of people of all countries of Europe and beyond and also many locals. Our work has a lot to do with communication. From small talk at the bar to preparing food in the kitchen. We talk to each other a lot and explain what you don't know.

Help
We are looking for personnel for various work areas. This ranges from service at the bar in our beautiful beergarden, running the kitchen, up to cleaning the washrooms, or doing the housekeeping in our cabins. It would be great if you are flexible to jump between the different jobs. It would also be great if you have some previous exprience working in a kitchen. :-)
The nice thing about our project is that it is not organized too professionally and is off-the-shelf. We are still developing the structures, so independence and flexibility are important qualities. The ability to recognize where things are stuck also helps a lot.
Last but not least, a driver's licence is absolutely necessary!

We have a big shared apartment, which you share with 2 or 3 others. It is equipped with a kitchen and a large livingroom as coummunity space.

What else ...
Our campsite is next to Eppstein. From here you can visit Frankfurt by public transport in 30 Min. Sometimes we feel like on an island. Our areal is 6,5 hectares and we are surrounded by nature. So you have both, pure nature and the connection to big cities.

They joined us during the busy summer season and were an amazing help in cleaning, housekeeping, and the kitchen. Always reliable, responsible, and hard-working — we could count on them every day, even during the most hectic weeks.

I stayed at The Epstein Project from May to June, and it was a great experience, very suitable for me for many reasons.
I had three main tasks: cleaning the bathrooms, working in the garden (cutting hedges, planting, etc.), and helping as a cashier in the Biergarten kitchen. The team language was English but my fluent German was still… read more
