  We are a beautiful de facto family: a group of young people between 20 and 25 years old who run a sailing school that has been active for over 20 years. Our organization has been a non-profit for 27 years, and we operate entirely alongside with our Workawayers.
  
  We're a close-knit, friendly, and energetic team. We love what we do, we enjoy having fun, and we deeply appreciate the nature of the island where we live and work. The social environment is always welcoming and lively — you're never just a guest, but part of the crew.
  
  The number of people here varies throughout the season: sometimes we’re just 2–3, other times we’re as many as 10.

  in our work every day we learn something different, island life is particular but very beautiful, we live surrounded by the sea and the very few cars present are not a nuisance. there is also fun and socialising, there are always sailing instructors coming and going

  Help

  We are a sailing school on the tiny island of Ventotene, one of the smallest islands in Italy. During the off-season, we take care of the land and the vegetable garden, repair the boats, and prepare everything for the summer season. The work is very flexible and can vary a lot; from planting trees to fixing boats or even hanging out sheets when needed. Everyone helps out however they can.
  
  All the local staff, except for Rodolfo, are between 20 and 25 years old. We are a young, sociable group who love nature, enjoy working together, and know how to have fun. Most importantly, everyone here is a volunteer.

  Accommodation

  we, the staff, will stay in the structure which hosts the summer camps in the summer, we sleep in rooms with 4-6 beds and each room has a private bathroom, there is a restaurant kitchen available, some periods there are those who cook, in others we cook ourselves. the structure is surrounded by greenery and has a sea view, 20 minutes walk from the center of the island

  You can easily get around on foot on the island, it's really small, in your free time there are beaches, bars and beautiful places with a sea view everywhere. I want to point out, however, that there is no Wi-Fi, we use telephone internet to make ourselves hotspots, and the only telephone provider that works well for internet is Vodafone or Ho
