    Description

Our home is an eco-friendly B&B on San Pietro Island, off the southwest coast of Sardinia, surrounded by nature and a short walk from a beautiful sunset beach. It runs on solar energy and well water, with fruit trees, gardens, and shared outdoor spaces.

The property is one of the island's first B&Bs and has been family-run for over 15 years. There is also a recording studio on site, and we host week-long music production retreats here in spring and autumn.

We are looking for helpers during our retreat weeks in September and October. The work is hospitality-based: cleaning guest rooms, setting the table for meals, washing dishes and pans after the chef cooks, and keeping common areas clean. Days are structured around the retreat schedule, with free time in between.

Compensation is provided: in addition to accommodation, we offer minimum wage payment for each hour worked.

This is a relaxed but organised environment, best suited for people who enjoy nature, collaboration, and a grounded island lifestyle.

    About the host

Christopher lives on San Pietro Island and runs the B&B with a strong focus on nature, creativity, and simple living. After many years living and working internationally, he returned to Italy to care for his mother and continue developing the family property as a welcoming place for travelers, retreats, and cultural exchange.

He has a background in music, events, and creative projects, and enjoys cooking, gardening, surfing, yoga, and building things by hand. The home is a lived-in, evolving space, and helpers are treated as collaborators rather than staff. There is a recording studio on the property and dancing events are organized around the island.

⭐ Help needed September 10th to mid-October (retreat season) maybe even longer

We are looking for one couple or two friends to help us during our retreat weeks on San Pietro Island, close to the sea.

This is indoor, hospitality-focused work. During retreats the house is full and the days have a clear rhythm, so we need people who are reliable and comfortable with a steady routine.

    Main tasks:

Cleaning guest rooms and changing beds
Setting and clearing the table for meals
Washing dishes and pans after the chef cooks
Cleaning common areas and keeping shared spaces tidy
Helping prepare the spaces between retreat weeks

    General:
Minimum age 23. Ideally at least one person speaks basic Italian, but it's not mandatory. We value reliability, care for detail, and a positive attitude.

Help is needed from 10th of September to mid-October, maybe longer. Please don't apply for other months.

We work in a relaxed but organized way and helpers are treated as part of the team, not as staff.

Thanks, and see you soon 🙂
