    Description

It is a family project, it began in 2019 3 years ago with the construction and adaptation of Infrastructure and spaces designed to recover areas eroded by excessive use of the soil, the impoverishment of the land being unable to produce products for self-consumption being a local problem. This has become a socioeconomic problem in the sector, which is why the recovery of soils and the revitalization of food cultivation techniques became a priority.

In 2020, with the project underway, we observed that it was not enough just to recover the soil, but also to attract insects that help plant pollination to improve the genetics of the seeds and make possible a rotational crop with genetically improved seeds without using of harmful chemicals for pollinators, this being the year in which we began with the management and learning of bees, which has given us new experiences and learning, discovering the importance of insects as essential agents in agricultural production.

Until 2021 our project has advanced with the objective of creating a totally friendly and alternative space focused on reforestation, conservation and recovery of endangered native species, for which new needs appear in the economic field since a project must have sustainability and sustainability. In 2022 we redirected our project to ecotourism itself, which allows us to promote our products and at the same time have a socioeconomic and environmental balance.

We are in the Ecuadorian highlands, in a warm climate in the Andean moors of the Imbabura Province, very close to the emblematic Lagoons and volcanoes, surrounded by wild flora and fauna in their natural state.

This is a purely ecotourism project with which we intend to give value to natural resources that have been made invisible or have been altered, while revaluing intangible attractions such as Andean knowledge that is in danger. Respecting the natural environment.

This is an ideal situation if you are looking for an opportunity for new experiences, living near nature and learning from Kiwchuas local customs.

Please message with questions, all the doubts you have!
We are waiting for you, you will be welcome.
