Description
We are looking for people to help us apply the finishing touches to our renovations (and help around the property with gardening. We are a couple, 30 years old and live in a 1930s villa in a beautiful beach town. We live across the road from the Ohope Beach with fantastic views and a large garden with fresh fruit, vegetables, chickens and one ginger kitten. My partner and I are teachers. We are sociable laid-back people who enjoy surfing and the outdoors.

The volunteers will stay in a bedroom attached to the garage. This will provide them with privacy and their own space. Bathroom and cooking facilities are in the main house.

In Ohope there are longboarding waves, fishing, awesome hikes and nearby (in Opotiki) there are mountain biking tracks. Whakatane city is only 10 minutes away which has decent shopping and dining.
