Located in the Lower Hunter Valley and only 2 hours from Sydney is our little farm. Growing garlic, lavender & breeding alpacas.
Work varies depending on the season and the projects we currently have.
Summer is Roma tomato season.
Winter is garlic planing with harvesting early Summer.
All year round lavender care,
Mid-October is Alpaca shearing week.
**Building projects such as livestock sheds we are working on at the moment. *Building works is the main majority of work right now so you need to be comfortable with building works.
Depending on dates, staying in our unique vintage train cabin (queen bed) or our tiny shepherd's hut (double bed). If the cabins are rented then camping is another option or even better if you have your own van.
You will be able to experience living off-grid and learn about alpacas and the produce we grow in a sustainable environment.
We love hosting couples who are over the age of 24+
We can not take children, smokers or pets. Sorry!

We are an off-the-grid farm. Learn about growing lavender, garlic and breeding alpacas. A lovely and unique off grid experience. Work varies depending on seasons and weather.

Depends on the time of year. Our vintage train cabin with a queen bed or a tiny shepherds hut and the last option is camping out on the wheat paddock. We can let you know what is available at the time.
There is no transport close by here. So your own vehicle is required plus you can then explore the valley in the afternoons.
