Description
We are a family having a small ecological farm with 5 ha land in Tuscany and making our own wine and olive oil. The products are for our own consumption and are not being sold.
The house is a personal renovated stone farmers-house with a pool ;) and up to 12 beds to accommodate family friends and helping hands.

*Exact dates: 15.2.25 till 23.2.25* (not before and not after)
We are cutting and pruning olive trees if its good weather and we also do construction, building a little house for a watercisterna and chopping wood or working inside the barn when its rainy. We are working every day about 5 hours but we are also enjoy our time around the work so there would be time for you to do the same or just enjoy the nature :) ALSO this year at the same time as the olive pruning we are renovating a old barn to a wine makers Cantina, where we are also could need some help. So if your handy and like to help there, feel free to let us know :)
This profile was made by me (Johanna) but also my father (Nikolai) is sometimes responding because he is organizing the Olive pruning time this year.

I had the fortune to spend 10 days there in Feburary, prepping for growing season.
It was so refreshing to get out into the Tuscan countryside and experience a quieter side of Italian life.
Of course there is plenty of work to be done!

Niko is a wonderful man, who is very kind and attaches importance to all the workawayers.
The work I have done is very varied (cutting trees, making fire, plastering a wall… ) . The work could be very physical, but at the same time it was so relaxing.
Niko made sure that everyone… read more
