  Description

  I live and work in Exfiliana, Guadix, in a cave house, famous worldwide for maintaining its average temperature (18-22 degrees) all year round. At home we like to share a good meal, a conversation and a good wine. I like to meet people, their culture, their customs and share ours, that they know my area, such as the Geopark of Granada, which i love and enjoy. At home i live alone, I have 2 girls, who i see some days a week because they live with their mother, according to shifts. I have an active tourism company, in which i are mainly dedicated to 4x4 routes, canyoning, cycling routes (we have 20 trekking bikes), hiking, skiing, ..... In one of the caves on the other side of the street we have our base of operations for the material of the activities. I love my work since I am athlete and I work with sports, so I enjoy every day. The company is small but it's growing big and fast, so I'm open to people who want to share my passion, regardless of whether they want to participate in the events or groups of clients I serve or not.

  Vivo y trabajo en Exfiliana, Guadix, en una casa cueva, mundialmente famosa por mantener su temperatura media (18-22 grados) todo el año. En casa me gusta compartir una buena comida, una conversación y un buen vino. Me gusta conocer gente, su cultura, sus costumbres y compartir las mías, que conozcan mi zona, como el Geoparque de Granada, que me encanta y disfruto.
  En casa vivo sola, tengo 2 niñas a las que veo algunos días a la semana y los fines de semana ya que viven con su madre, dependiendo de turnos.
  Tengo una empresa de turismo activo, me dedico principalmente a rutas en 4x4, barranquismo, rutas en bicicleta (tengo 20 bicis de trekking), senderismo, esquí... En una de las cuevas que hay al otro lado de la calle tengo la base de operaciones para el material de la actividad.
  Me encanta mi trabajo porque soy deportista y me dedico al deporte, así que disfruto cada día.
  La empresa es pequeña pero está creciendo mucho y muy rápido, por lo que estoy abierta a recibir personas que quieran compartir mi pasión, sin importar si quieren participar en los eventos o grupos de clientes a los que atendemos o no.

  We are people who have traveled a lot around the world and the exchange of cultures, languages, etc. we are passionate Goyo, Cantabrian, from a mountain area in the Picos de Europa, speaks English, has lived in Australia, Ireland, UK. so we are passionate about sharing everything we know and have, in the same way that we learn from other people, their culture and their lives.
  
  Soy una persona que ha viajado mucho por todo el mundo y el intercambio de culturas, idiomas, etc. nos apasiona. Soy Cántabro, de zona de montaña en los Picos de Europa, habla inglés, ha vivido en Australia, Irlanda, Uk.
  Me gusta enseñar, soy profesor en el área del deporte, por lo que todo lo que conozco y tengo me apasiona compartirlo, de la misma manera que aprender de las demás personas, su cultura y su vida.

  Help

  At home we need help with the general household chores that we all do together. In the company we need help with internet, applications and management. The base of operations is under construction and we need a carpenter to lay the wooden floor (currently the most urgent need), a bricklayer, a painter... At the base of operations we need help in the maintenance of the 6 vehicles, 5 4x4s and a van. small, from general maintenance to more specific tasks of mechanics, sheet metal, painter....
  
  En casa necesito ayuda con las tareas del hogar en general para hacerlo entre todos.
  En la empresa necesito ayuda con internet, aplicaciones y gestiones.
  La base de operaciones está en obra y necesito un carpintero para poner el suelo de madera (necesidad mas urgente actualmente), albañil, pintor...
  En la base de operaciones necesito ayuda en el mantenimiento de los 6 vehículos, 5 4x4 y un furgon pequeño, desde mantenimiento general hasta labores mas especificas de mecanica, chapista, pintor....

  Accommodation

  Private room in cave house. The caves are dwellings dug into the clay, so they maintain a constant temperature. The rooms do not have windows to the outside since they are inside a mountain (which is made of clay), however our cave house is very bright and there are no spaces without some outside light. In summer it is cool and in winter it is not cold if it needs about 3 hours of heating that we solve with a wood stove, to provide electricity to the house we have a system of solar panels and batteries which allows us to be autonomous.
  
  The house has all the comforts of a conventional home including dishwasher, American fridge... and outside we have a small orchard, patio with porch and lawn, barbecue.
  As pets we have a dog and 3 geese who are responsible for the security of our base of operations across the street, where we have a second cave and garage for our 4 Hyundai H1 4x4 and Toyota Land Cruiser long.
  We all do housework in a distributed way, put on washing machines, cook, clean, etc. We like to eat together, share recipes, learn and teach things.
  
  Habitación privada en casa cueva. Las cuevas son viviendas excavadas en la arcilla, por lo que mantienen la temperatura constante. Las habitaciones no tienen ventanas al exterior ya que están dentro de una montaña (que es de arcilla), sin embargo nuestra casa cueva es muy luminosa y no hay espacios sin alguna luz exterior. En verano es fresca y en invierno no siendo fría si necesita de unas 3 horas de calefacción que solucionamos con una estufa de leña, para proporcionar energía eléctrica a la casa tenemos un sistema de placas solares y baterías lo cual nos permite ser autónomos.
  La casa tiene todas las comodidades de una vivienda convencional incluyendo lavavajillas, frigorífico americano.... y en el exterior tenemos un pequeño huerto, patio con porche y césped, barbacoa.
  Como mascotas tengo 3 ocas que se encargan de la seguridad de nuestra base de operaciones al otro lado de la calle, done tengo una segunda cueva y cochera para nuestras 4 Hyundai H1 4x4 y Toyota Land Cruiser largo.
  Las tareas del hogar las hacemos entre todos de forma repartida, poner lavadoras, cocinar, limpiar, etc. Nos gusta comer juntos, compartir recetas, aprender y enseñar cosas.

  In their spare time, whoever decides to live an experience with us can join family life: walks, adventure sports (climbing, canyoning, windsurfing, skiing, hiking, cycling), eating out, having tapas, spending time with the family since we have 3 girls who live in Granada although we see them very often. Or they can also choose to go out on their own for which we will provide them with everything within our reach, information, travel, etc. We have 2 roof tents that we use in several of the vehicles depending on the needs of the trip
  
  En su tiempo libre, quien decida vivir una experiencia conmigo, puede acoplarse a la vida familiar: paseos, hacer deportes de aventura (barrancos, esqui, senderismo, cicloturismo), salir a comer, de tapas, pasar tiempo con la familia ya que tengo 2 niñas que viven en Granada aunque las veo muy a menudo. O también pueden elegir salir por su cuenta para lo que les facilitaré todo lo que esté a mi alcance, información, desplazamiento, etc. Dispongo de 2 tiendas de techo que utilizo en varios de los vehiculos dependiendo de las necesidades del viaje

  Nosotros salimos de vacaciones con nuestra tienda de techo!! Vivimos en un pueblo pequeño, nuestro primo se queda períodos de tiempo con nosotros y aparca su camper frente a nuestra casa con tranquilidad, es silencioso, no pasan apenas coches y muy seguro ya que solo lo frecuentan nuestros vecinos. Encantados de recibiros con vuestros vehículos!!

  Can possibly accept pets

  Mi condición para aceptar mascotas es que sea muy educada/o y no entre en casa de noche por dia no me importa, tengo un jardín de césped natural y el campo abierto al lado de casa, hay mucho espacio!!
