We are an educational retreat facility located on the foothills of the Rocky Mountains amidst towering pines overlooking Lake.
The Foundation was founded in 1978 to continue the ownership and administration of the Center. It is a non-profit organization supported through charitable donations.
• To provide a safe and educational environment for Albertans.
• To prioritize youth programs that encourages community involvement.
• To provide facilities for seminars, workshops and conferences for any group whose goals and purposes are educational
The Centre is a retreat, event, outdoor education centre.
We host different summer camps as well as different exchange groups. We also have staff members from different countries (Spain, Australia, Germany, New Zealand, Hong Kong...)
It is a great opportunity to learn from all these cultures while in Canada.
This host offers accommodation and payment.
Host has indicated that they will pay at least the minimum hourly wage of their country for each hour worked and that accommodation will also be provided. They are asking for help with a business or business activity. Contact the host directly via the site messenger for more information and details about the wage provided. Any arrangements should be agreed in advance with your host.
We would love to have some help doing some general maintenance duties (paint decks, cutting the lawn...) as well as assisting the kitchen or housekeeping staff when needed.
You will be staying in a trailer. It is a shared accommodation with another staff member (sharing the kitchen and living room, but with your own bedroom and bathroom)
