**SEEKING for experienced DIY people+
creation of PERMACULTURE GARDEN **
The renovation of the house is on going by local tradespeople.
The house is almost ready to be perfect but there are lots of little DIY to done.
I also have a large vegetable gardent which is ready to plante anything I want!
Therefore I would like to welcome people love or has knowledge of;

**Who I am
I am originally from Japan. Yet I have lived in France almost 19 years.
Before to come to France, I have lived in U.S.A and England. I traveled many countries.
I go back to Japan regularly to see my family.
** Last Octobre I moved to in my new house.
I am living in this village which is famous for limestone cave ( known as one of the 10 beautiful caves in Franca) near Carcassonne in south France. The beauty of the village and surround is exceptional and particularly I feel tremendous energy being in this place.
**Please note that this is a very quiet rural area with no shop and nightlife. **
The place is clearly for the nature lover. My property is rather remote and cannot be accessed by public transport.
It is ideal that you have your own véhicule if you stay longer to visit many great place around like Carcassonne, Mediterranean, chateau Cather, vignoble etc.
If you are bicycle lover I have a good bicycle for the route for "Tour de FRANCE" in the village.
Nearest train station is Carcassonne, I will look for it.
I was volunteer in the past. Now it is my turn to be the HOST.
The life is a journey.

Actually the renovation is on going by local professional people.
Most of the big carpentry job is done however there are many little DIY.

-THE PLACE IS FOR NATURE LOVER-
It is essential to have a car as there is no public transport.
My place is about 30 minuits by drive from Carcassonne.
1 hour to Mediterranean Sea, 1hour half to Toulouse.
Rangdock wine region, Chateaux Cather many to visit.
Outdoor activities such as walking, birdwatching, cycling etc.
There is a famous ‘tour de France” route if you like hill climb and I have a bike for you.
There are rivers for bathe.
I am looking for an open minded, initiative, caring, energetic, independent handy people, couple to help me with DIY or garden.
I am particularly useless at DIY, decorating and gardening - so someone with practical DIY/decorating skills will be very welcome.
Most of the big building work is done by professionally.
I cook different dishes.
I would like to learn new cooking like vegan so if you want to cook your own to share,
You are more than welcome to do so!
Everything is negotiable. I love people with experience and stories to tell so that usually means 30s plus.
