Welcome to our Hostel, a peaceful haven in the heart of the Riviera Maya for travelers seeking connection, adventure, and nature. We’re located near the stunning beaches and cenotes of Puerto Morelos, in a region where life moves at a slower pace, away from the hustle and bustle of big cities.
We’re a small, independent, and friendly hostel, managed with love and passion, offering unforgettable experiences to our guests, such as swimming with whale sharks and exploring cenotes filled with history. Nature surrounds us here, and we love sharing it with those who join us.
Why join our Hostel?
As a volunteer, you’ll become a key part of our team. We’re looking for motivated, sociable, and open-minded people eager to help with a variety of tasks: reception, organizing activities for guests, maintaining the hostel, and contributing to our social media presence.
Our days here are filled with interaction with travelers from around the world, keeping our spaces welcoming, and moments of relaxation and enjoyment. It’s also a unique opportunity for you to discover Mexico in a new way, learn more about local communities, Mexican culture, and the importance of environmental conservation.
Who we’re looking for:
We value enthusiastic, self-sufficient people who love human connection and travel. Experience in tourism or hospitality is a plus, as is knowing French, but above all, we’re looking for someone who shares our values of respect, authenticity, and love for nature and other cultures.
Your tasks:
Welcoming guests and informing them about activities and nearby places
Helping to keep the hostel clean and welcoming
Creating content for our social media and sharing the Hostel experience
Contributing to ongoing environmental projects
In exchange:
