    Description

We are a family with three children (13, 15 and 18 years old) living in Borredà, a small town in the pre-pyrenees. We were building our own straw-house during two years and three months. Now we live in the house, and only some details are missing inside.
The house is made of wood-structure and straw as walls. All is plastered with mud (clay, sand, straw and lime). We used sustainable materials as much as we can. The electricity comes from solar panels, and the days without sun the stove heat us with wood. Also, We did, on a permacultural design, our garden and a natural pond with its own water cleaning system.
Our current project is a garage, so next march we'll start constructing it. We'll build it with conventional technics, so we're not allowed to build it with natural materials. Anyway, we'll try to do it as much environment respectful as we can.
We are also interested in language and culture exchange.
Likewise, we are bilingual, so we speak Catalan and Spanish native, and we also speak English
We have a very friendly cat, and lovely hens.
