    Description

    Hi!

We live on the beautiful island of Crete and we’re looking for helping hands during the olive harvest 🌿

Life here is simple and close to nature. We have land with olive trees, animals, and a small garden. During the harvest season (November), we could really use some extra help.

You’ll be helping with picking olives, laying nets, and working together outdoors. No experience needed — just a positive attitude and willingness to get your hands dirty 😊

    What you get:
    – A unique stay in nature
    – A taste of real Greek village life
    – Time to relax and explore the island

We’re looking for people who enjoy outdoor work and want to be part of daily life here.

    Cultural exchange and learning opportunities

You will be part of our daily life here on Crete, not just as a helper but as part of the team. We work together during the day and often share meals, conversations, and simple moments that are part of life here.

You will learn about olive harvesting, small-scale farming, and what it means to live close to nature in a traditional Greek environment. We’re happy to share our knowledge about the land, food, and local lifestyle.

At the same time, we really enjoy cultural exchange — hearing your stories, learning about your background, and exchanging ideas, skills, and perspectives.

We aim to create a relaxed and open atmosphere where you feel welcome, included, and part of the experience.

    Help

Your help will focus on the olive harvest — picking olives, setting up nets, and gathering the harvest. Some light general tasks around the land or animals may come up as well.

We offer accommodation and payment in line with the legal minimum wage in Greece.

The work is mainly during the olive harvest and usually takes 6 to 8 hours per day, 5 days per week, depending on the conditions.

Although it is paid work, we keep a relaxed and personal atmosphere. We work together, share meals, and make sure there is still time to enjoy the surroundings and experience life on Crete.
