Description
We are a couple who wants to share the opportunities that life offers them. We work with basic solar energy, we have cisterns and a basic dry bathroom. We have a cat (Pandora), 5 dogs and 3 ducks. oh! And our partner Pablo and his son Felix. The house is surrounded by nature and 15 minutes from the city of La Paz with its beautiful bay where you will have restaurants, bars, ice cream parlor, pharmacies, bakery, grocery stores, etc. A few km away you will find movie beaches.

Somos una pareja que quiere compartir las oportunidades que les va ofreciendo la vida. Funcionamos con energía solar y baño seco básicos. Tenemos una gata (Pandora), 5 perros, 2 patos. Ah! Y nuestro socio Pablo y su hijo Felix.
La casa está rodeada de naturaleza y a 15min en auto de la ciudad de La Paz con su hermoso malecón, donde tendrás restaurantes, bares, heladería, farmacias, panadería, abarroterías, etc. A pocos km encontrarás playas de película.

You can practice your Spanish with three different accents (Mexico, Guatemala and Venezuela) which will help you understand more Spanish-speaking people. You can take walks through the desert. You will be in direct contact with nature and its sounds. La Paz is a very welcoming and quiet city, the walks around the bay are the best and if you have a good budget you can take a boat trip to see the marine fauna and enjoy the best beaches.
Puedes practicar tu español con dos acentos distintos (México y Venezuela) lo que te ayudará a entender a más personas de habla hispana. Puedes realizar caminatas por el bosque. Estarás en contacto directo con la naturaleza y sus sonidos. La Paz es una Ciudad muy acogedora y tranquila, los paseos por el malecón son los mejores y si tienes buen presupuesto puedes hacer algún viaje en lancha a ver la fauna marina y disfrutar de las mejores playas. Imagina nuestro espacio como un retiro. Algunos voluntarios han rentado moto o auto para moverse más fácil, pero solemos bajar a la ciudad al menos una vez por semana y podemos llevarte.
Help
All volunteers must clean the collective spaces and the bnb. We have a Loft for rent and a bus. Our garden is very extensive so it will be a task that will take up much of the time, collecting dog feces to avoid flies and firewood for the guests. We also need to take care of the place in our absence and take care of non-Spanish speaking guests if they speak your language. Pamper pets. Build if you know how to do it, shovel dirt, fix roads, flatten spaces, paint, repair, carpentry, plumbing, etc. If you are a designer or digital manager, there is a lot to do. If you know about permaculture, obtaining lost funds, bioconstruction, etc. You would be a great help.

Tod@s l@s voluntari@s deben hacer la limpieza de los espacios colectivos y el bnb. Tenemos un Loft en renta y un bus. Nuestro jardín es muy extenso por lo que será una labor que ocupará gran parte del tiempo, recoger heces de los perros para evitar las moscas y leña para los huéspedes. También necesitamos cuiden el lugar en nuestra ausencia y atiendan a los huéspedes que no hablen español si hablan su idioma. Mimar a las mascotas. Construir si sabes hacerlo, palear tierra, arreglar caminos, aplanar espacios, pintar, reparar, carpintería, plomería, etc. Si eres diseñador(a) o manager digital, hay mucho por hacer. Si sabes de permacultura, obtención de fondos perdidos, bioconstrucción, etc. Serías de gran ayuda.

It is variable, at the moment we use the loft and the bus when it is not rented, a cave-type basement and a bus. Very basic bathroom. You will have water to drink (Don't buy bottles, less plastic is possible), salt, sugar, oil. Shared two-burner stove for you to prepare your food. We usually share some meals or have competitions of who cooks the best. It's like camping in the forest.

Es variable, por el momento usamos el loft y el bus cuando no se renta, un sótano tipo cueva y un bus. Baño muy básico. Tendrás agua para beber (No compres botellas, menos plástico es posible), sal, azucar, aceite. Estufa de dos hornillas compartida para que prepares tus alimentos. Solemos compartir algunas comidas o hacer competencias de quien cocina más rico. Es como acampar en el bosque.
