    Description

    We are Hostal Americana, a barely new hostel located in one of the most iconic, touristic and entertaining spots in the city of Guadalajara, just a few blocks away from Chapultepec, where you can find bars, clubs, restaurants, coffee shops, galleries, etc. We combine design, art and creativity with hospitality, service and quality, so we look for similar kind minded people for our staff and volunteers.

    We are travellers just like our clients, so we try to gather our experiencies travelling in a 3 floor corner house with a nice rooftop and plenty of spaces to chill and meet new people.

    Guadalajara is the second biggest city in Mexico, you will have plenty of time to enjoy the city and its surroundings. You will improve your English/Spanish skills as we have people coming from all over the world. But mainly you will make long lasting friendships with clients and staff.

    We are looking for Workawayers to help us mainly with reception tasks, but also with day to day works that may be from cleaning (we have a cleaning team) to paint something.

    There are plenty of places to visit around Guadalajara, such as Tequila (the land of.... well you know), Chapala (the biggest lake in Mexico), Mazamitla (a beautiful town in the forest), Tapalpa (a Magic town) and many more places that we can recommend while you are staying with us.
